Customer Service

We have some really great people that we deal with on a regular basis and I thought it would be nice to highlight one such company. A local business that tends to call in their order enables us speak with the owner regularly. He is not only patient, but calls out the order alphabetically. Since our order forms run from A-Z it is extremely helpful to us when taking the order. We are always willing to go the extra mile for him since he goes the extra mile for us.

Another interesting story regards a company that had fallen past due. Our accounts receivable department sends out a fax notification to the company to inform them about the situation when this occurs. This company had not received that notice and so when they were ready to place a new order we were unable to process it. They immediately paid off their account and we immediately sent out their request. The order was taken on Friday morning. The store needed it to be there the following day which happened to be Father's day. The item was in stock, the order went to shipping and we next day aired the item, our cost. This store was very pleased with the service we could offer them.
